Regional Development Studies is a leading research field that encourages each individual living in a region to explore happiness. It is our intention to nurture students who will contribute to developing regions as safe and attractive places for those who live in or visit them, where everyone’s dignity and rights are guaranteed, and where the local, natural, and social resources are responsibly utilized. We have endeavored to create an unrivaled program that offers training and internship opportunities as well as practical interactions in research fields, which are actual regions themselves. A small-group approach ensures that detailed instructions are provided and that we can support students in gaining practical in-field skills.
