Concept and objectives of the course

In order to realize a society in which people can lead a healthy and vigorous life though exercise and sports, we must consider establishment of a system that meets every individual’s sporting needs.
The Health and Sport Science Course gives students the practical skills required for development of a health-promoting community, through a program that integrates theory and practice. Students will hone their skills by learning the basic theories of human, health and sport sciences, as well as by gaining practical experience in sports coaching and management of sports organizations.
